根據金管會報告顯示，目前在校園推動的金融課程合作僅佔 20.2%（截至 112 年 6 月），顯示校園培力仍有極大的成長與投入空間。為解決當前教育落差與普惠金融的挑戰，台北富邦銀行與親子天下教育創新中心共同發起「青少年財務健康校園培力計劃」，透過跨領域創新教育合作，將金融教育結合生活情境，讓理財與防詐知識真正落地，促進教育、金融與平台三方共創，培養財務健康世代。

本計畫聚焦即將邁入社會的準社會新鮮人，課程聚焦「儲蓄、消費、防詐、投資理財」四大主題，透過互動教學陪伴學生累積財務知識、提升金融素養，在他們面對獨立生活與職涯之前，逐步建立穩固的財務基礎，來提升其應對風險的能力，從容應對未來的財務挑戰。

本計畫的目標不僅是強化準新鮮人的財務健康素養，更期望透過社群與制度的影響力，逐步建構從個人到社區，進而到社會，穩健且具韌性的財務生態，最終實踐普惠金融與永續發展的願景。
